I know my posts have been growing a little long, so I’m going to try my best today to keep it short. This posting three days a week instead of five is challenging, but it allows me more time to visit all of you.

Did I Notice Your Book?
It’s that time of week again!!!
Okay, I’m about to reveal the book of choice for the week. You know the drill, I noticed a book and you shout out until the author finds his/her book. Author will leave a comment revealing who and how their attention was snagged.
Before I reveal my choice I want to clarify that this author has no idea that I’ve chosen his/her book.
The Book I Noticed…
Wait!
I think there are three, in one. You guys are getting two bonus books. Yay! I believe these are three novellas that belong to one series.
The Unspun Series
Creating Fate by Rachel Firasek
(An Unspun Novella, #1)
Author: Rachel Firasek Genre:
She gave away her heart…
Giving her heart to a mortal wasn’t something the First Fate planned. Losing him nearly shattered her soul. Upon his death, Clothos swore never to love—or weave life—again.
Hoping she’ll change her mind before it’s too late, Zeus commands the spinner of life to take a much needed vacation from her immortal responsibilities.
Stealing Fate by Berinn Rae
(An Unspun Novella, #2)
She stole his fate…
Lachesis—now known simply as Lacey—is a Fate, an ancient goddess in whose hands our destinies are unraveled. When she’s not weaving fortune, she does what she wants when she wants. Until she runs into a man she craves but hoped—and prayed—never to see again. It had been a dangerous gamble to betray the god of terror, but in war, hard choices–and enemies–are made. And she’ll soon discover the most frightening of immortals can really hold a grudge.
Now it’s his turn…
The most cruel of gods, Phobos is a predator who takes pleasure in terrorizing the world. After millennia of relentless searching, he finds the Fate who caused him to be cast from Olympus. Now he plans to use every bit of his talents on the goddess to regain his lost heritage without losing his heart in the process.
As the outcast god ignites her passions, Lacey must come to grips with the destiny she has long denied herself. And Phobos must find a way to escape the destiny that would force him to betray the woman he has grown to love.

Chasing Fate by Elle J Rossi
(An Unspun Novella, #3)
She is forced to kill . . . When a much-needed vacation turns into work for the third Fate, Atropos vows to sever the mortal’s lifeline quickly and get back to the sea and sand. Having her mysterious quarry offer a deal in exchange for more time is an unexpected complication. Always surrounded by darkness and death, Attie takes a chance to get a taste of life and help right a wrong that never should have happened.
Dru spent months praying for death to take him. Anger over the brutal killing of his family festered until those prayers turned to plans for revenge. Making a deal with the Death Fate was the only way to extend his lease on life. He only needed a handful of days to avenge those he lost, but within minutes of meeting Atropos he knew he’d want forever.
First off, how can you NOT notice these covers. Can I say, AMAZING? I mean, I feel like I have to buy the book so I can stare at the covers. I’ll admit. I’m not sure if these are sold together, but I new they were obviously part of the same series.
Has anyone read these? Are they as amazing as their covers? I’m truly excited to hear more about these.

The chocolate fest sounds like fun! I’m in!
The covers are amazing – and three different authors for the three Aspects is really unique. I love the Fates anyway so I’m VERY interested in these.
Bring on the chocolate!
What an interesting Fest, just love chocolate!
If I can blog about hot chocolate, I’m in!
And mentioned your blogfest today.
Kyra ~ Great!
Laura ~ I totally agree.
Carolyn ~ So do I. I think it will be a blast
Alex ~ Absolutely. Hot chocolate rocks!
This sounds so … yummy? Does it count if I have to include peanut butter WITH the chocolate?
Those covers are the bomb, btw.
E.J. ~ Absolutely. I think they are suppose to go together.
Beautiful covers. Around here, there’s a place that makes chocolate with a little sprinkle of sea salt on top. I highly suggest you find somewhere around you that does the same. They are chocolate covered caramels and absolutely delicious.
That blog hop sounds delicious! I really wish I could commit, but newborn babies must come first. Those covers are awesome, I wish I knew the authors. Maybe I’ll stock twitter
These do sound fantastic!
I’m going to be on blog break during the Chocolate Fest – but my fave is deep, delicious, dark chocolate
I haven’t had much success with series written by multiple authors but have to say those three look interesting. I love the covers. I’ll definitely have to take a closer look.
I saw Brinda’s mention of the Chocolate thing earlier, still thinking on it
I signed up because I love chocolate and the hop is the day after my birthday!
Mmmm, chocolate. For me it’s always about milk chocolate. While dark chocolate has a more intense flavor, milk chocolate has a more comforting, satisfying mouth feel.
those covers look very intriguing and though I’ve never heard of the books, I have a feeling I’ll enjoy them!

Hey Ciara,
Would love to take part in the blogfest, but I’ll be full speed into a book tour. Guess we’ll see. Yup, those covers are striking.
Ciara, thanks for the shout out! Creating Fate was a fun one to work on.
will I get pimples and acne reading that chocolate blogfest?
))
Mmm. Chocolate. I should pull some out of my desk drawer …
Those definitely look like the same series. The covers are so similar. Odd to see three different authors.
I’m glad Rachel found it!
I love the cover… It’s on my to-read list too! Woot!
Lisa
Love the books you posted and ohh I’m a chocolate lover..
I’d only seen one of the books, Rachel’s. They all sound great. The What’s Your Chocolate blog hop is going to be a lot of fun!!
Chocolate. Mmmm. I’m in!
Wow. I’m in awe of those covers. I’ve never heard of the series before, and interesting they’re written by three different authors.
That sounds like a really fun blogfest! I don’t think there’s a wrong way to do chocolate.
It sounds like a fun blogfest, but I’m already committed to something on the 10th.
Those covers are beautiful! I wonder if they were all published by the same publishing house?
I could never decide on one favorite in chocolate. Chocolate milk and milkshakes, ice cream, cakes, candies–the list is endless. I’ll be watching the entries with mouth watering, but my blog is tied up on that day I guess.

I don’t think you can go wrong with chocolate! Am I being dumb? The first cover doesn’t match the description?
Mmm chocolate – I’m in!
I love chocolate so I’m definitely taking part in this blogfest! YUM!
These sound like great books! I’m going to check into them, thank you.
You SO had me at chocolate!
HMG
Glad to see you with longer posts Ciara–I have been long-winded writing for years now haha.
And the chocolate theme sounds fun, but too bad I have a chocolate allergy and have not had any since I was a child. The Mrs. describes it not as an allergy but a curse.
Enjoy your weekend.
I saw chocolate, I signed up… now what am I supposed to do???
Actually, never mind, I’m just thinking about chocolate now!
Chocolatefest sounds fun! I’m doing Story A Day in Sept – if I do a Story on Chocolate on Sept 10 can I join you? Either way, it’s a yummy idea.
